Three (bulleted) ideas about The Firm after 4 months:

• Feedback makes the world go around. "Tell us what you think about user ratings"- a statement asking members to give feedback about feedback. I can only imagine an answer- "Well, the five stars seem too few to give such an AWESOME document. Remember, feedback is a gift.
• We do everything in lists of three. Two is too few and why use bullets if there's only one? Three is the way to go!
• When we don’t know what the third thing is… we make it up.
